Meet Spencer

I am living the dream. A wonderful family and joyful life. And one of the lucky Americans still employed, yet a little light in the investment pocket after the economic crisis.

In restaurants and airport bars I have overheard many Americans trying to figure out how to recover from this current economic crisis and save a business or trade ideas about a job opportunity. It is disheartening. This is my prompt for doing something different, like Passive Income Smarts. I am intent on helping anyone interested in taking control of their destiny.

In my day job I lead change. This means I go into organizations and help them change their culture. My title is Employee Development Specialist and I feel more like a S.W.A.T. team negotiator at times. Most times people resist change because they are comfortable with the way thing are and don’t feel the need to change. It is a tough job, yet I love doing it and I am finding it relates well to helping people with personal development, business strategies, and sales and marketing. I know my offline business skills will add value here at Passive Income Smarts.

Since 1996 I have been connected and surfing the web. Lots of things have changed. My Space rocked the joint, then it was Facebook’s turn, now it’s Twitter. Things just keep getting better. In 1996, I could go places without a cell phone, now I have to be connected to the world 24/7.

I have many tools in my belt to help make change in life. One of the key tools I use at my job in corporate America is the “What, Why, How” form. This form captures everything you need to move forward with a project or life altering thought process.

If you are going to start anything, like a passive income website, home project, or weight loss program you can use this simple tool. First, you ask, “What do I want to change, make, be, or do?” Be crystal clear on this, it is highly important. After you have your “What” then get your “Why.” I must say, the “Why” is key to making a change stick. If you don’t know why you are doing something, chances are it is doomed to failure. Ask, “Why do I want to make this change, build this website, buy the new house, etc. Then in the final step you get the “How.” How will you make these changes? I say all of this to you because this was my method when creating this passive income business. I put the heart and soul of thought into my method to my madness.

Vision:

To create bold new frontiers in passive income learning so that ordinary people can earn and improve their financial lifestyle.

My “What”

A community of “Average Joe” followers interested in income articles, online marketing success stories, “how to” earn tips & tricks, and a place to learn about making money online to supplement an envisioned lifestyle or future retirement.

My “Why”

To build an automatic stream of income that supports the frivolous side of my lifestyle and ultimately supplements my retirement income in a way that saves time by setting up systems that earn passively online and enable others to copy and do the same.

My “How”

  1. Engage in 5 specific marketing activities daily. Keep track in journal.
  2. Write and post one new article to inform and teach online earning methods.
  3. Read other moneymaking, MLM, network marketing, leadership, or passive income blogs for content and engage in posting responses to articles.
  4. Write and post articles at online newspapers or article sites such as ehow.com.
  5. Twitter daily about passive income ideas or successes. Seek out three affiliate marketers and direct responses at those individuals.
  6. Participate in affiliate or moneymaking forums on a weekly basis.
  7. Submit blog to top search engines such as yahoo.com, google.com, and bing.com.  Continue to work at ranking on page of the engines.
  8. Seek out and offer my “get blogging” articles to other related sites such as MLM, network marketing, affiliate sites, money-making sites, motivation sites, or leadership blogs.
  9. Write a “free e-guide” to gain interest in my blog and help others learn for free.
  10. 10. Utilize “Send out Cards” to attract offline interest and drive them toward passiveincomesmarts.com. Target sales jobs that are depressed and offer an extra supplemental path.

What ever you choose in life, choose to do it with passion and at full tilt. And choose to give first and get second. When you are a giver other will feel your genuine passion and care. You will be building trust and loyalty. Loyalty is an attractor of people to you. Give first in everything you do.

My goal is to give to you first and ask nothing in return except the loyalty to keep coming back an reading articles and information about online marketing, earning a passive income, strategies, marketing tips, and success stories of other Internet marketers who have succeeded.
